1. Trench Hall Eco Build
This project was a new build property which was given careful consideration on the environment. With this in mind the project was fully fitted out with renewable green energy on both the mechanical and electrical elements.
The installation incorporated Ground Source Heat Pump, underfloor heating, unvented hot water and photovoltaic panels on the roof for electricity solar gain.
We also incurred problems with the water pressure on the property so we installed a full stored water booster system to enhance the supplies to the bathrooms and en-suites.
This property also boasted some very high specified bathroom and en-suite fit outs which were undertaken by Presmac.
2. Newburn Manor Primary
We have recently completed full toilet facility refurbishment to both sets of boys and girls amenities.
This incorporated full new wet wall panelling throughout the toilet walls together with new cubicles, vanity units, sanitary ware and new non-slip floor coverings.
3. Trench Hall House
This is a beautiful period property that sits in the same private estate as the Eco build.
This property has also had to have a lot of careful consideration given its age and given that we installed a very large oil boiler type system split into different heating zones to meet the families living conditions and lifestyle.
We installed a proportion of this heating system in under floor heating, traditional column radiators and elegant towel rail circuits together with unvented hot water.
This property also boasted some very high specified bathroom and en-suite fit outs which were undertaken by Presmac.
4. Thornbrough House
This is a beautiful period property that sits in the Tyne valley. This property has also had to have a lot of careful consideration given its age and given that we installed a large LPG boiler type system split into different heating zones to meet the families living conditions and lifestyle.
We installed a proportion of this heating system in under floor heating, traditional column radiators and elegant towel rail circuits together with unvented hot water.
This property also boasted some very high specified bathroom and en-suite fit outs which were undertaken by Presmac.
5. Fir Tree copse phase 1 – Hepscott
This is a very high specification new stone build development in Northumberland. The plumbing and heating system incorporated under floor heating on both floor which on the first floor was via heat reflection plated system.
The plant room was fitted with a large gas system boiler and 300L unvented hot water tank.
The property also boasted some very high specified bathrooms and en-suite sanitary ware which were fitted out by ourselves and consisted of walk in wet room showers and bathroom furniture and bespoke specialist towel warmers.
6. The Bothy – Brinkburn primary
This project was a new build property which was given careful consideration on the environment. With this in mind the project was fully fitted out with renewable green energy on both the mechanical and electrical elements.
The installation incorporated air Source Heat Pump, unvented hot water and photovoltaic panels on the roof for electricity solar gain. This property also boasted some very high specified bathroom and en-suite fit outs which were undertaken by Presmac.
7. Gibside National Trust
We have recently completed an installation of a butchers and bakers retail unit where the trust can now produce their own bread on site, this been baked in the wood chip pizza oven that Presmac installed.
The butchery unit is now preparing meat on site from the local estate and will be sold in the shop to the public. We have also installed two new wood burning stove, one in the Yurt and one to the Bothy.
